Requirements:

•  Shots over $300,000 require 1 week lead-time and underwriter approval

All above pricing includes:

•  Insurance coverage for an amateur golfer(s).

•  4-color sign 18 x 24 inches, with prize description

•  Sign Stakes

•  Shipping

•  *If two or three of the 4-some get a hole-in-one, prize is split two or three ways.

Yardage Requirement:

•  165 yards from tee to pin

•  Same for men or women

Witnesses:

•  Due to the monetary size of the prize, please contact us for full procedure.

•  Final shot must be video taped
